A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to do an editorial photography piece at Omni Hut in Smyrna, Tennessee for Murfreesboro Magazine. Omni Hut is one of the favorite "locals only" restaurants in Nashville. Despite having lived in Nashville since 1998 this was my first trip to Omni Hut. I was truly amazed by how awesome this restaurant is! The PuPu Platter was amazing. Keep reading to see more dark and moody food photography with an island vibe.

Omni Hut is a Hawaiian inspired restaurant, and it has amazing food. I photographed two dishes the PuPu Platter and an Ice Cream Volcano.
